Art 1 - General

Wasquehal Badminton Club organizes a great festival of the badmintonwith to the program:
*Animations schools, large schools, undertaken and general public
*an International Open
*an Official reception

These rules of procedure relate to the organization of International Open aproved FFBA

The international Open of Wasquehal is opened to the players and to French players of category A and to the foreign players. The organization reserses straight as for acceptance or not candidatures.

The Open one will take place May the 6, and 7 2006 on the Complex of Plomeux with Wacquehal (FRance 59).
Art 2 - The Competition

The competition will take place under the rules of the IBF.

The international judge designated referee is Mr Ernest Robinson. Its assistant is Mr Pierre Gerard Willemetz.

The International Open one of Wasquehal is opened with 3 categories :
*Simple men
*Simple women
*Double mixed

Subject to modifications made by the judge referee, the tables will include:
*Simple mens : 48 players
*Simple womens : 24 players
*Double mixed : 24 paires

. Qualificative phase
The players or pairs will be divided into hen of 3 and will carry out by meeting the two others of the group 2 matches of qualification.
The heads of series will be indicated by the judge referee according to the last world classification.
The 2 first of each hen are qualified for the final phase.
. Finales phases
Simple mens
The first and seconds of each hen will be qualified for the 1/16 of finale, the winners of the 1/16 of finale being qualified for the 1/8 of finale and so on until the final.
Simple womens et double mixed.
The first and seconds of each hen will be qualified for the 1/8 of finale, the winners of the 1/8 of finale being qualified for the 1/4 of finale and so on until the final.
